Store Policies

Payment Methods Accepted:

We accept all of the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. However, we reserve the right to request a "cashiers check" on any items quoted as "cash price" or have a cost of $1000.00 or more. (good on all website, ebay or other phone sales). Any payments by credit card must include a filled out "one time credit card authorization form". All payments are due prior to placing or shipping merchandise. All orders placed thru a third party or "drop shipped" are not returnable / refundable. All foreign quotes must be approved prior to placing orders, all foreign orders must be paid via Paypal (no form needed). All paypal orders must ship to your registered paypal "address of record". If you have any questions about payment, feel free to e-mail us prior to requesting a quote or placing an order.

Warranties:

MANY OF OUR PARTS AND SERVICES MAY BE UNDER THIRD PARTY WARRANTY AND OR HAVE GUARANTEES, IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES FEEL FREE TO ASK A TECH OR THE SHOP MANAGER AND WE WILL EXPLAIN THOSE TO YOU. However, Wings Avionics, Inc. does not cover any used parts or surplus equipment with warranties or guarantees, implied or otherwise other than no D.O.A. 

Returns:

Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Normally there is "never a refund" of shipping and handling charges and depending on the distributor a 20-25% restock fee may apply. However, we only accept returns on surplus parts if description is incorrect. Absolutely No Returns without an prior approval and an "RGO" Returned Goods Authorization.

Shipping:

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. (U.S. Sales Only, All Others E-Mail For Shipping Quotes!) All non-U.S. orders will be voided. (Without prior approval) Orders shipped thru 3rd parties or "drop shipped" are subject to shipping by said 3rd parties prefered shipper and not at Wings Avionics, Inc. descretion. PLEASE ALLOW 2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR HANDLING ON ALL ORDERS (FROM TIME YOU PLACE ORDER, BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED & SHIPPED), IF YOU PICK 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY, REMEMBER THAT WOULD MEAN 5 BUSINESS DAYS TOTAL.  


         




Website Errors:

Wings Avionics, Inc. is not responsible for errors on its website and reserves the right to correct any errors, human or otherwise, and void any sales related to those errors at its own discretion.

Minimums:

Wings Avionics, Inc. has a $25 minimum purchase on all surplus items. Avionics Patches have a minimum of 5 total patches per order, not per item, per order. Wings Avionics reserves the right to place minimums on items at its own discretion, and without prior notice.

Out Of Stocks:

Wings Avionics, Inc. strives for zero out of stocks, however, as we deal with multiple suppliers, out of stocks will happen, Wings reserves the right to cancel any orders (phone, e-mail, or website) due to supplier out of stocks and or price changes at its discretion, at any time, and without any prior notice. Wings will make every effort to contact the buyer in a timely manner, and re-source the part or part(s) in question with a new supplier, at a new price if possible. However, the customer is under no obligation to purchase the item at the the price.

Customer Cancelations:

Any order placed by Wings Avionics, Inc. for any third party for purchase of parts, supplies or equipment, is considered a binding agreement, any cancelation made after order is placed will become the responsibility of the customer. If returns are excepted by the vendor in question any and all restock fees will become the responsability of the customer as well as any shipping charges incurred by Wings during the course of the transaction. Wings Avionics will take any steps needed up to and including legal action to recoupe any loss associated with the transaction in question.

***We use many vendors who sell to, and drop ship for, Wings Avionics, Inc. These same vendors have very strict On-Line and In-Store pricing policies. Therefore some items On-Line and In-Store are priced differently. If you have a question about a price use our "Contact Us" page to fill out a RFQ to ATTN: Scott. We will get back to you ASAP. We normally return all "RFQ'S" within 24 and 48 hours.
